Refund Policy

- Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer
Replacement Policy
If your product qualifies for replacement, we will arrange a replacement product as quickly as possible based on product availability.
Delivery Charges
- If the issue is caused by our mistake, return delivery charges will be covered by Snigdho Bazar.
- For other cases, customers may need to bear the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
